Working principle

• Machine Positioning: Classified as a low-speed grinding mill, it serves as the core fine-grinding equipment in cement production lines. It is primarily utilized to grind clinker, raw materials and other medium-hardness materials into fine powders meeting cement fineness requirements, serving as a versatile, essential piece of equipment across the cement manufacturing, building materials and mineral processing sectors.

• Working Principle: The cylinder rotates slowly, lifting steel balls and materials inside through centrifugal and frictional forces. The falling steel balls impact and grind the materials, gradually reducing their particle size. The ground powder is discharged through the discharge grate, with coarse particles often recycled for re-grinding to ensure consistent fineness and quality.
