Working principle

• Machine Positioning: Classified as a high-efficiency industrial dust removal equipment, it occupies a key supporting position in crushing, grinding, screening and material handling production lines. It is primarily utilized to capture and filter dust-laden gas generated during material processing, with a stable dust removal efficiency of over 99%. It serves as a versatile, core environmental protection equipment across various sectors, including mining, building materials, chemical processing, and power plant coal preparation.

• Working Principle: Dust-laden gas enters the collector through the air inlet and passes through the filter bags, where fine dust particles are trapped on the outer surface of the bags. When the dust cake reaches a set thickness, the pulse cleaning system automatically injects compressed air into the bags to blow off the accumulated dust. The collected dust falls into the hopper and is discharged through the ash discharge valve, while the filtered clean air is exhausted through the fan to meet emission standards.
