Its core positioning targets medium-to-large-scale drying production lines for bulk granular and powdery materials. Its objective is to efficiently reduce material moisture to the required level while lowering unit energy consumption and enhancing operational stability.Simply put, it currently stands as the primary workhorse for drying high-moisture materials such as slag, coal, and clay.

Three-cylinder Dryer

Working principle

• Machine Positioning: Classified as a continuous rotary drying equipment, it sits between single-cylinder dryers and multi-stage combined drying systems. Primarily used for drying materials with moisture content below 25% and temperature resistance above 100℃, it handles materials such as coal, slag, clay, and mineral powders. It serves as a core, widely-applied equipment in industries including mining, building materials, and chemical processing.
• Working Principle: Wet material is fed into the inclined rotating cylinder, where it is lifted and scattered by internal lifting plates as the cylinder rotates. Hot airflow flows through the cylinder in co-current or counter-current directions, transferring heat to the material to evaporate moisture. As the material moves through the three cascading stages of the cylinder, moisture is continuously reduced, and the dried product is discharged at the outlet.
