• Machine Positioning: Classified as a continuous rotary drying equipment, it occupies a practical position between small-scale static dryers and multi-stage combined drying systems. It is primarily utilized to dry bulk materials with initial moisture content up to 25% down to 3-10% final moisture, suitable for particle sizes ranging from fine powder to coarse granules. It serves as a versatile, cost-effective core piece of equipment across various sectors, including mining, building materials, and chemical processing.
• Working Principle: Wet material is fed into the inclined rotating cylinder, where it is lifted and scattered by internal lifting plates as the cylinder rotates. Hot airflow flows through the cylinder in co-current or counter-current direction, transferring heat to the material to evaporate moisture. As the material moves forward along the cylinder under gravity, it undergoes continuous heat exchange, and the dried product is discharged at the outlet while moisture-laden air is exhausted through the dust removal system.
