The MTW mill processes non-flammable, non-explosive minerals with Moh's hardness ≤9 and raw material humidity below 6%, including limestone, calcite, barite, dolomite, quartz, talc, etc. Its adjustable fineness ranges from 80 to 425 mesh with hourly output 3-50 tons, covering small, medium and large mineral processing projects. Mascot MTW mill features compact layout, full system consists of main grinding host, frequency conversion analyzer, centrifugal blower, cyclone powder collector, air pipeline, matched motors and PLC electrical control cabinet. Core wearing and transmission parts include grinding roller, grinding ring, material scraper, integrated bevel gear drive and built-in thin oil lubrication station.
The one-piece bevel gear transmission reduces overall floor space and raises transmission efficiency. Self-contained oil pump realizes circulating lubrication for main shaft and gear bearings, no extra external lubrication station required, greatly simplifying daily maintenance work.
The whole grinding system runs in closed air circulation loop to guarantee stable high yield:
1. Raw materials crushed to 30-50mm by jaw crusher are lifted via bucket elevator into raw material silo, then fed evenly and quantitatively into grinding chamber by electromagnetic vibrating feeder.
2. Inside the chamber, grinding rollers revolve around central shaft while self-rotating by friction force. Synchronously rotating scraper blades toss bulk materials into the gap between roller and ring, forming stable material cushion layer. Materials are crushed and pulverized under centrifugal extrusion pressure.
3. Ground fine powder flows upward with blower air into classifier. Oversized coarse powder falls back for regrinding, qualified fine powder enters cyclone separator via pipeline and is collected as finished product. Clean air circulates back to blower through return duct to form closed loop.
4. Extra waste air is delivered to pulse dust collector for purification and emission, fully meeting international environmental standards.
