Formally known as the Mascot Dry Ball Mill, this equipment is a high-efficiency and specialized upgrade to conventional grinding mill units. Its core positioning focuses on medium to large-scale dry grinding production lines for minerals and building materials. Its objective is to stably produce uniform dry fine powder with controllable particle size distribution, realizing stable output, easy operation and minimized overall running costs.
Simply put, it has become the mainstream core grinding equipment for dry powder processing of various ore and industrial raw materials.
• Equipment Type: Low-speed rotary grinding mill (positioned for coarse and fine dry grinding after crushing procedures).
• Product Fineness: Wide adjustable fineness range, meeting diverse dry powder processing standards for industrial production.
• Core Value: While delivering stable and high-volume output, the equipment improves grinding efficiency through optimized internal structure and grinding media configuration.
• Applicable Materials: Clinker, limestone, slag, fly ash, quartz, feldspar, iron ore and various non-metallic minerals.
• Industry Applications: Cement raw material grinding, mining ore dressing, building materials processing, chemical raw material pulverization, and industrial solid waste resource utilization.
Patented technology, with an Inner automatic thin-oil lubricating system, and a long oil change cycle.
With optimized feed inlet design, the dry ball mill ensures larger feeding capacity. Replacing surface contact with line contact, it delivers more even particle size and higher output.
The ball mill barrel adopts 15–36mm thick welded steel plates for strong rigidity. Cast steel flanges welded at both ends effectively improve component wear resistance and service stability.
The ball mill and classifier form a closed negative-pressure system with little dust, lowering harm to operators. Adopting full hydraulic drive, it achieves higher reliability and longer service life.
• Machine Positioning: Classified as a low-speed rotary grinding mill, it occupies a professional dry grinding category independent of wet grinding equipment. It is primarily utilized to crush and grind dry bulk materials of varying hardness into uniform fine powder with adjustable particle size. It serves as a versatile, core piece of equipment across various sectors, including building materials, mineral processing, and chemical raw material production.
• Working Principle: The rotating cylinder drives internal grinding media to generate continuous impact, extrusion and friction on dry raw materials. Materials are gradually refined through continuous collision and grinding inside the cylinder. Qualified fine powder is discharged through the discharging structure, while unqualified coarse particles remain inside for repeated grinding to meet required fineness standards.
