The dry ball mill adopts a reasonable feed inlet design to increase the feed volume. It changes the traditional surface contact to line contact, resulting in more uniform discharge particle size and higher output.
The barrel of the ball mill equipment is made of welded steel plates with a thickness ranging from 15 to 36mm. Cast steel flanges are welded to both ends of the barrel, significantly enhancing the wear resistance of the components.
The ball mill and classifier form a closed system with negative pressure transportation and minimal dust, reducing harm to the human body. By utilizing full hydraulic operation, its reliability and lifespan are significantly enhanced.
This machine is a horizontal cylindrical lathe. The material is spirally and evenly fed into the first chamber of the mill through the feeding hollow shaft from the feeding device. Stepped linings or corrugated linings are present in the chamber, with steel balls of various specifications installed inside. The cylinder rotates, generating centrifugal force that lifts the steel balls to a specific height before they fall, exerting a strong impact and grinding effect on the materials. The materials then pass through a single-layer partition board into the second chamber, which is lined with flat liners and filled with steel balls. This setup further facilitates the grinding process to achieve complete grinding of the materials.
