Processing of Kaolin Raymond Mill


1. Crushing
For the fine crushing of raw materials, such as various ores, slag, natural minerals, etc., we choose jaw crusher to ensure that the raw materials can be finely crushed and lay a solid foundation for subsequent processes. Subsequently, the raw materials are accurately fed into the Raymond mill through the synergy of the bucket elevator and vibrating feeder.

2. Grinding
The crushed raw materials are fed into the feed port of the Raymond mill through a screw feeder. In the Raymond mill, the raw materials are crushed and ground between the grinding disc and the grinding roller. The grinding disc rotates under the action of the grinding roller, and the raw materials are affected by gravity and centrifugal force. After multi-layer friction and grinding, the required grinding effect is achieved.

3. Grading
After the grinding is completed, it needs to be classified and screened. A screw feeder is usually used to feed the ground materials into the vibrating screen.
The vibrating screen divides the materials into coarse powder and fine powder through different mesh sizes to ensure the required classification effect.

4. Powder collection
After the classification and screening are completed, the qualified powder is sent to the dust collection device of the grinding mill through the air supply system for collection.
The collected finished powder can be discharged through the discharge valve and then sent to the finished product warehouse through a conveying device, and finally packaged by a powder tank truck or automatic packaging machine.
