The Raymond mill adopts a three-dimensional structure and occupies a small area. The main transmission device utilizes a closed gearbox and pulleys, ensuring smooth operation.
The fineness of the finished product of this grinding equipment ranges from 613 microns to 440 microns (0.613 mm to 0.44 mm), and the screening efficiency is 99%.
The important components of Raymond Mill are made of high-quality castings and profiles. The entire machine exhibits high wear resistance and a low failure rate.
After the jaw crusher crushes the large pieces of raw materials to the required feed particle size, the electromagnetic vibrating feeder evenly sends them to the grinding chamber of the main machine, where the materials are ground between the grinding roller and the grinding ring. The powder, after grinding, is transported to the analyzer for powder selection by the airflow generated by the fan. The fine powder that meets the fineness requirements is separated and collected, while the powder that does not meet the requirements falls back into the grinding chamber for regrinding. The entire airflow system of this machine operates as a closed loop, circulating under both positive and negative pressure conditions.
