Formally known as the YGMX Series Enhanced High-pressure Grinding Mill, this machine serves as an upgraded and high-efficiency iteration of the traditional high-pressure Raymond mill. Its core positioning targets medium-to-fine powder processing lines for non-metallic minerals and industrial materials. Its objective is to stably produce fine powders ranging from 80 to 600 mesh (approximately 0.02–0.18 mm) with improved grinding efficiency and enhanced operational stability.
Simply put, it currently stands as the reliable workhorse for fine powder processing of medium-hard materials such as barite, calcite, and limestone.
• Equipment Type: Enhanced high-pressure grinding mill (positioned between traditional Raymond mills and medium-speed vertical mills).
• Product Fineness: 80–600 mesh (approx. 0.02–0.18 mm), adjustable.
• Core Value: While ensuring high production capacity, the mill significantly improves grinding efficiency through enhanced high-pressure roller design.
• Applicable Materials: Limestone, calcite, barite, gypsum, bentonite, kaolin, feldspar, coal, etc.
• Industry Applications: Non-metallic mineral deep processing, building materials powder production, chemical raw material grinding, and power plant desulfurization limestone powder preparation.
Patented technology, with an Inner automatic thin-oil lubricating system, and a long oil change cycle.
Powered by high-pressure springs, the grinding roller delivers an extra 1,000 kg of grinding force, greatly increasing output. The finished powder reaches an ultra-fine fineness of up to 1,000 mesh.
Long service life for grinding rollers and rings. As wear occurs, adjusting the high-pressure spring keeps stable grinding force, ensuring steady output and consistent fineness.
The particle size ranges from a coarse 0.95 mm (20 mesh) to a fine 0.038 mm (400 mesh), and can even reach 0.013 mm (1000 mesh) for certain materials, with an excellent screening rate of up to 99%.
• Machine Positioning: Classified as an enhanced high-pressure grinding mill, it occupies a high-efficiency position between traditional Raymond mills and large vertical mills. It is primarily utilized to grind materials of medium hardness (Mohs hardness ≤ 9.3) into fine powders ranging from 80 to 600 mesh (approximately 0.02–0.18 mm). It serves as a versatile, core piece of equipment across various sectors, including mining, chemical processing, and building materials.
• Working Principle: Materials are fed into the grinding chamber, where centrifugal force presses the grinding rollers tightly against the grinding ring. The materials are pulverized through repeated rolling and grinding under high pressure. The fine powder is carried upward by airflow into the classifier for sorting; qualified powder is collected, while coarse particles fall back into the chamber for regrinding.
