The grinding force of the grinding roller on the material increases by approximately a thousand kilograms due to the high-pressure spring's action, resulting in a corresponding increase in output. The fineness of the finished product can be as fine as 1,000 mesh.
The grinding roller and grinding ring have a long replacement cycle. When the grinding roller and grinding ring reach a certain level of wear, adjusting the length of the high-pressure spring can maintain a constant grinding force between them. This ensures stable output and fineness.
The coarsest particle size can reach 0.95 mm (20 mesh), while the fine powder particle size can generally reach 0.038 mm (400 mesh). In some cases, materials can reach as fine as 0.013 mm (1000 mesh), resulting in a screening rate of up to 99%.
When the material to be ground enters the grinding chamber, it is scooped up by the blade and sent between the grinding roller and the grinding ring for rolling. The crushed powder is fed into the analysis machine by the circulating air from the blower, and the fine powder that meets the quality standards is directed into the cyclone collector along with the air. The powder is the finished product, and the large particles fall back into the grinder for re-grinding. The circulating air returns to the blower to repeat the above process, and the remaining air enters the bag dust collector for purification. When the grinding roller and the grinding ring reach a certain level of wear, adjust the length of the high-pressure spring to maintain a constant grinding force between them. This ensures a stable output and precision.
