Formally the YGM Series High-pressure Grinding Mill, it is a high-performance, energy-saving upgrade of the traditional R-type Raymond Mill. Targeting medium-scale non-flammable, non-explosive mineral powder lines, it stably produces 80–425 mesh fine powder (≈0.033–0.18 mm), boasting higher efficiency and stronger adaptability to medium-high hardness materials.
In short, it is the primary equipment for processing such medium-high hardness materials as calcite, barite, talc and quartzstone.

The finished powder features uniform fineness with a 99% sieving rate. As the grinding roller and ring wear, the high-pressure spring can be adjusted to maintain stable grinding force.
Key wear components are made of high-strength wear-resistant alloy, which greatly improves durability, reduces replacement frequency, lowers maintenance costs and ensures stable long-term operation.
The electrical system adopts intelligent centralized control, allowing the grinding workshop to achieve unmanned operation. The operation is simple, and the maintenance of common faults is convenient.
• Machine Positioning: The YGM High-pressure Grinding Mill is an upgraded, high-efficiency pulverizer, replacing traditional Raymond mills for cost-effective medium-high hardness powder processing. It grinds non-flammable materials (Mohs ≤9.3, moisture <6%) into 80–425 mesh powder, with ultra-fine models up to 1000 mesh. Common in mining, metallurgy, chemical, construction materials and power plant desulfurization.
• Working Principle: Preliminarily crushed materials enter the grinding chamber evenly. Driven by centrifugal force and high-pressure springs, rollers tightly press the grinding ring; scrapers feed materials into the gap for high-pressure comminution. Airflow conveys powders to the classifier: coarse particles return for regrinding, and qualified fine powder is collected via cyclone separation to realize closed-loop grinding operation.
