The electrical system adopts intelligent centralized control, allowing the grinding workshop to achieve unmanned operation. The operation is simple, and the maintenance of common faults is convenient.
The high-pressure grinding mill is mainly composed of a main machine, classifier, a blower, a cyclone powder collector, a bag dust collector, and connecting air ducts. After starting work, the grinding roller rotates around the main axis and rolls close to the grinding ring under the action of a high-pressure spring and centrifugal force. When the material to be ground enters the grinding chamber, it is scooped up by the shovel and sent between the grinding roller and the grinding ring. After rolling, the crushed powder is fed into the analysis machine using the circulating air from the blower. The qualified fine powder flows into the cyclone powder collector with the air and becomes the finished product. The large particles fall back to be reground.
