Operation precautions of Raymond mill

Raymond Mill has become the choice of many companies due to its advanced technology and excellent performance. The operation of the mill is directly related to product quality, powder yield, and output. Therefore, pre-job training of operators is very important.



1. Before starting the Raymond mill, check whether there are iron blocks and other debris in the machine, check whether the bolts and nuts are loose, especially the bolts and nuts in the main machine, check whether all inspection doors are closed tightly, adjust the direction of the fan and the main machine, and the exhaust valve should be in the open position.

2. The starting sequence is to start the analyzer first, then open the fan and the main machine. After starting the main machine, add materials immediately (fine particles should be added first, and then normal particle size materials), then open the large air volume valve, and try to close the exhaust valve as much as possible under the premise of ensuring that the feed inlet does not spray powder outward; then adjust the fineness of the finished product.

3. For the grinding production line series with jaw crusher and elevator, check whether the jaw plate gap of the crusher meets the feed particle size before starting the machine, and adjust the analyzer speed to meet the approximate particle size requirements.

4. Start the machine in the following order: start the bucket elevator - start the jaw crusher - after the material is stored in the silo, start the analyzer - start the blower (start with no load, and then load after normal operation) - start the host, and then start the electromagnetic vibrating feeder. At this time, the grinding work begins. 

5. When shutting down, each machine should be shut down in the following order: first, shut down the feeder and stop feeding; stop the host after about one minute; stop the blower after blowing out the remaining material; and then shut down the analyzer. The shutdown sequence is feeder-host-blower-analyzer. (Note: After the hoist transports the material to the silo, stop the crusher first and then stop the hoisting. The storage capacity depends on the demand.)

6. The Raymond mill is not allowed to add oil at will during normal operation. To ensure production safety, if the Raymond mill makes abnormal noise in any part of the load suddenly increases, it should be stopped immediately for inspection and troubleshooting to avoid major accidents. When restarting the machine, the remaining material must be removed, otherwise the current will be too large when starting, affecting the startup, and even burning the equipment in serious cases.

7. Daily maintenance and lubrication of the Raymond mill and professional knowledge training of operators are also essential.
