Introduction

Principle of production line configuration

Through the synergy of the bucket elevator and the vibrating feeder, the raw materials are accurately fed into the vertical mill for high-speed grinding. The motor drives the grinding plate to rotate through the reducer. The hot air enters from the air inlet and the material comes from the discharge port. It falls on the center of the grinding plate and is crushed by the grinding roller. During the classification process, the materials are blown up by the airflow and enter the classifier. Powder with qualified fineness passes through, while unqualified materials continue to fall back and grind until they reach the required particle size.
