This cement ball mill adopts a two-chamber structure with optimized grading liners, ensuring uniform particle size and stable fineness of finished cement, thus guaranteeing reliable quality and consistent strength.
Thickened high-strength barrel, wear-resistant alloy liners, reinforced end covers and heavy-duty bearings greatly reduce wear, extend service life and ensure stable long-term operation.
With high-efficiency transmission and closed negative-pressure system, the mill lowers power consumption and dust emission, fully meeting modern environmental standards.
This cement ball mill is a horizontal cylindrical grinding machine. The clinker and other raw materials are spirally and evenly fed into the first grinding chamber of the mill through the feeding hollow shaft from the feeding device. Grading liners or corrugated liners are present in the chamber, with steel balls of different specifications installed inside. The cylinder rotates, generating centrifugal force that lifts the steel balls to a certain height before they fall, exerting a strong impact and grinding effect on the materials. The materials then pass through a partition board into the second chamber, which is lined with flat liners and filled with small-sized steel balls. This setup further facilitates the fine grinding process to achieve the required fineness of finished cement.
