Processing scheme

This step breaks large pieces of granite ore into smaller particles in preparation for subsequent grinding operations. The type of crusher can be selected according to the hardness and particle size of the ore, such as jaw crusher, cone crusher, etc.
The grinding mill is the core equipment for granite grinding processing. It has various types, including Raymond mill, high-pressure suspension roller mill, etc. According to the required powder fineness, the parameters of the grinding mill can be adjusted, such as grinding roller gap, grinding disc speed, etc.
After grinding, the granite powder can be separated into different fineness grades through a vibrating screen to meet the requirements for powder fineness in various fields. The unqualified powder will be classified by the classifier and returned to the main machine for re-grinding to ensure that the fineness of the powder meets the requirements.
The qualified part of the classified granite powder will enter the dust collector through the pipe with the airflow for separation and collection. The powder after screening and dust removal can be packaged, and pay attention to dust prevention during the packaging process.
