Desulfurization limestone powder production process:

1. Large limestone is crushed by the jaw crusher to the required size, and then sent to the storage hopper via the elevator.

2. Subsequently, the vibrating feeder uniformly, quantitatively, and continuously feeds the limestone into the grinding mill's chamber for processing.

3. The ground limestone powder is carried by the wind and classified through the powder separator.

4. The limestone powder that meets the required fineness enters the cyclone collector with the airflow through the pipe and gets separated and collected.

5. The collected limestone powder finished product is sent to the stone powder bin through the discharge port and conveyed for desulfurization.

6. Unqualified particles, once separated by the powder selector, are thrown against the cylinder wall, fall along it, and then return to the mill for further grinding.

7. The entire system operates under negative pressure, preventing dust from overflowing and ensuring the cleanliness of the site.
