1. Hand-pick raw materials such as calcite, limestone, chalk, and shells transported from quarries to remove gangue.

2. Jaw crushers and impact hammer crushers perform coarse crushing on the raw materials, reducing their particle size to a suitable size for grinding.

3. Raymond mills, ball mills, or vertical mills grind the crushed calcium carbonate, obtaining fine limestone powder.

4. Calcium Carbonate Powder that meets the particle size requirements is packaged and stored, while powder that does not meet the requirements is returned to the mill for re-grinding.
