The Production Process of Clean Coal Powder

Milling and Drying: Once the milling system is activated, the raw coal is fed into a vertical coal mill for drying and grinding. Hot air or exhaust gas from a hot-air stove enters the mill under the suction of a system fan, exchanging heat with the coal being ground.

Classification and Collection: The coal powder is then carried by the airflow and classified in a separator. Coarse coal powder that fails to meet the fineness standard falls back onto the grinding table for further milling. Qualified coal powder is collected in an explosion-proof air box pulse dust collector and discharged into a coal powder bunker.

Impurity Removal: Impurities such as coal gangue and metal fragments are removed through the air ring and spit outlet.
