1. Check whether the bolts and nuts are loose, especially the bolts and nuts in the main unit should be inspected strictly.

2. Start the analyzer first, then the fan, and then start the main machine. Add materials immediately after starting the main machine (fine particles should be added first, and then normal particle-size materials). Then open the large air volume valve and gradually close the exhaust valve. Finally adjust the fineness of the finished product.

3. The feeding should be uniform, and the high output should be tested according to the load size of the host under different feeding amounts (observe the ammeter of the host). Tighten the bolts and other iron blocks into the machine.

4. When shutting down, you should first stop feeding for about one minute, then stop the main machine, the fan, and finally stop the analyzer.
