The MTW Trapezium Grinding Mill, also known as the European-type trapezium mill, is developed by Mascot’s R&D team based on traditional grinding mill optimization and global market demands. It features a compact structure, modular design, and intelligent control, addressing pain points of old mills such as high energy consumption, low efficiency, and poor environmental performance.
Raw materials are fed into the grinding chamber via a vibrating feeder. Under centrifugal force, grinding rollers press tightly against the grinding ring. The curved shovel blades lift materials into the gap between rollers and rings for grinding. Qualified powder is carried by airflow to the classifier, while coarse powder re-enters the grinding zone. Finally, fine powder is collected by the dust remover, meeting environmental standards.

A local building materials company needed 20-25 t/h limestone powder (200 mesh) for cement production.
A chemical plant required 15-20 t/h gypsum powder (325 mesh) for fertilizer additives.

To form a complete grinding production line, Mascot recommends the following supporting equipment:

A1: It grinds non-inflammable and non-explosive minerals with Moh’s hardness below 9 and humidity <6%, including limestone, calcite, marble, talcum, dolomite, bauxite, barite, petroleum coke, quartz, iron ore, phosphate rock, gypsum, and graphite.
A2: The fineness (80-425 mesh) is adjusted via the frequency converter of the classifier. Increasing the classifier speed produces finer powder; reducing speed yields coarser powder.
