The honest answer is that price depends on configuration. The MTW series has four models - MTW110, MTW138, MTW175 and MTW215 - and the quotation is decided by the model, main motor power, classifier, auxiliary equipment and delivery scope. Plan a margin below the maximum when the target is 250 mesh (approximately 0.058-0.063 mm), because finer product reduces throughput. Example: an MTW175 line in Southeast Asia, installed in August 2025, grinds limestone with feed up to 40 mm and moisture below 5 percent to 250 mesh, running at 31 t/h against a target of 28-32 t/h with 99.6 percent availability.
The MTW mill produces powder from 0.038 mm to 0.2 mm (80-425 mesh), controlled by a variable-speed classifier that can be adjusted without stopping the machine. As a reference: 250 mesh is approximately 0.058-0.063 mm, 325 mesh approximately 0.043-0.044 mm, and 400 mesh approximately 0.037-0.038 mm.

Feed size limits are 30 mm for the MTW110, 35 mm for the MTW138, 40 mm for the MTW175 and 45 mm for the MTW215. The series suits materials with Mohs hardness below 7 and moisture below 6 percent. For harder or stickier feed, plan a pre-crushing or drying step, and Mascot's engineers will configure the upstream equipment during design.
Delivery and installation are often confused. In the Southeast Asia case, the complete MTW175 line was manufactured in 18 working days, and on-site installation and commissioning took 28 days.
