• Machine Positioning: Classified as a dynamic rotor-type powder classification device, it serves as essential supporting equipment matched with various grinding mills. It is specially designed to separate coarse and fine mineral powders and control targeted fineness between 80 to 400 mesh. It acts as a key auxiliary machine for closed-circuit grinding systems, widely applied in mineral processing, cement manufacturing, building materials and industrial powder production.
• Working Principle: Dusty airflow mixed with ground materials enters the separation chamber at a stable speed. Driven by high-speed rotating rotors, fine powder passes through rotor blades with airflow and enters the collecting system. Large coarse particles are blocked by the rotor, thrown to the outer wall under centrifugal force, and fall back to the grinding chamber for re-grinding, realizing continuous circulating classification and stable finished powder quality.
