Working principle

• Machine Positioning: Classified as a high-efficiency industrial dust removal equipment, it occupies a key supporting position in medium-to-large-scale crushing, grinding and screening production lines. It is primarily utilized to handle large-volume dust-laden gas generated during material processing, with a stable dust removal efficiency of over 99%. It serves as a versatile, core environmental protection equipment across various sectors, including mining, building materials, and chemical processing.

• Working Principle: Dust-laden gas enters each independent chamber and passes through filter bags, where dust particles are trapped on the bag surface. When the dust cake reaches a set thickness, the system automatically switches the chamber to offline state, then injects compressed air to blow off accumulated dust. The collected dust falls into the hopper and is discharged, while clean air is exhausted to meet emission standards, and the other chambers remain in operation during cleaning.
