The Dry Ball Mill is a horizontal rotary grinding core equipment independently developed and upgraded by Mascot Heavy Industry, specially designed for all-dry mineral powder processing without adding water medium. Different from wet ball mill, the whole grinding system of Dry Ball Mill matches induced draft fan and pulse dust collector, relying on airflow to separate qualified fine powder and discharge finished dry powder directly, eliminating dehydration, sedimentation and drying procedures required by wet grinding, greatly simplifying the production flow of dry powder materials.

The working logic of Mascot Dry Ball Mill is clear and stable: raw materials with feed size below 25mm are transported to the feeding bin via bucket elevator, evenly sent into the mill cylinder through vibrating feeder. The motor drives the large gear to rotate the cylinder, and multi-specification steel balls inside the cylinder are lifted to a fixed height by the wear-resistant lining plate. Under gravity, steel balls fall down to generate strong impact, extrusion and friction force to crush and grind materials. Fine powder meeting fineness standards is taken out by negative pressure airflow, collected by supporting dust collector, while coarse particles fall back to the grinding chamber for re-grinding to realize closed-circuit dry grinding circulation.
