Cement ball mill is a horizontal rotary grinding machine independently developed by Mascot, specially customized for cement raw material and finished product processing. Different from ordinary ball mills, this equipment is optimized for the hardness and abrasiveness of cement clinker, with multi-compartment internal structure to realize graded coarse grinding and fine grinding. The whole set of cement ball mill system consists of feeding device, main mill cylinder, transmission assembly, partition plate, discharging device, dust removal system and auxiliary control components. It can operate continuously for 24 hours and adapt to dry grinding, wet grinding and grinding-drying integrated operations, fully meeting the diversified production demands of cement enterprises.
The working process of cement ball mill is stable and efficient. Raw materials such as clinker and gypsum are evenly sent into the first grinding chamber through the feeding spiral. Driven by the main motor and reducer, the cylinder rotates stably, and the steel balls inside are lifted to a certain height under centrifugal force. The falling steel balls generate strong impact force to complete coarse crushing of materials. After primary grinding, materials pass through the partition plate and enter the second chamber for fine grinding. The steel balls in the second chamber conduct extrusion and friction on materials to make the powder reach the required fineness.
